If you want something different from your brownies, with minimal effort, then try these! I recently had a s’mores brownie at work and was inspired to try my own version. What could be wrong about marshmallows on top of a fudgy brownie, on top of a graham cracker crust?? Absolutely nothing! No, the brownies aren’t from scratch, but if you have a favorite recipe, by all means, use it here. I think the boxed stuff is perfect so that’s what I’m sticking with for now. If I ever try one that makes me fall in love and abandon my boxed mix, I promise to share it! But, for now, here are my semi-homemade Fudgy S’mores Brownies ♥️

Fudgy S’mores Brownies
- 1 Box Brownie Mix
- 3 tbsp Hot Fudge
- 5 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- ⅓ Cup Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- Pour your crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl and combine.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of your baking dish, forming a thin layer.
- Pour your prepared brownie mix over your crust. Add 6-9 teaspoons of hot fudge, evenly spaced and swirl into the brownie mix. Top with marshmallows and bake at 325° F for 45-50 minutes.
The baking time for yours may be slightly different depending on the mix you use. The box mix that I use calls for 350° F for about 30 minutes and I adjusted the time and temperature based on that.
