Overnight Oats

This is a great option for breakfast when you want something filling but don’t have much time in the morning. Make a week’s worth all at once or make them one at a time the night before, for an easy breakfast on the go. You can heat this up but I always eat mine cold. 1. I’m kind of lazy and 2.I think it’s better cold. But who am I? Do whatever floats your boat 😁

Overnight Oats

  • ½ Cup Quick Oatmeal
  • ½ tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ Cup Frozen Fruit
  • ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt (optional)
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  1. In a saucepan, heat your coconut oil until melted. Add your oats with a pinch of salt and cinnamon and toast for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add your honey and stir until combined. Remove from the heat.

  2. You can use any container, but I use a mason jar. Place your oatmeal at the bottom, add your fruit, Greek yogurt (you can leave this out if you want to go dairy free), and almond milk. Place in the refrigerator overnight and it’ll be ready for breakfast in the morning!

You can skip the first step, but toasting the oats first adds more flavor.
